Ingredients
350gr de harina
25gr de levadura fresca Levital
100 grs de agua
8gr de sal
1 huevo
500ml de leche
20gr de mantequilla fundida

En un recipiente, mezcla la harina, la sal y la levadura disuelta en el agua.
Después, añade el huevo, la mantequilla y la leche tibia poco a poco. Mezcla bien con unas varillas.
Cuando la mezcla esté lista, cubre el recipiente con un paño húmedo y deja reposar 20 minutos.
Funde en una sartén un poco de mantequilla y vierte la masa formando tortitas pequeñas de 3-4mm de grosor. Ayúdate de una manga pastelera para dosificar la masa.
